Visiting Supporters – Important Information
Valencia Basket informs visiting supporters wishing to attend our matches that they must request their tickets through the specific visiting supporters form available on this page.
In order to guarantee safety and proper coexistence between supporters, it will be mandatory to:
- Complete the form with accurate and complete information.
- Purchase tickets exclusively in the areas designated for visiting supporters.
- Respect the venue regulations at all times, as well as the instructions given by security and event staff.
The club reserves the right to relocate visiting supporters who have purchased tickets outside the designated visiting section, as well as to deny access or remove individuals from the venue in the event of non-compliance with regulations or inappropriate behaviour.
Submission of the form does not guarantee immediate ticket availability, as it is always subject to capacity and validation by the club.
